    • How Much Does Shipping Cost?
      All orders below $75 are shipped worldwide for a flat rate of $5.99.
      Orders $75 and above ship free anywhere in the world!

    • How Do I Track My Order? 
      You should have received a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. We primarily ship using E-Packet which you can track online.

      United States Residents:
      If you are in the USA, you can track your order using USPS tracking online. Please note that if USPS Tracking status indicates that the package has not been received or it is not in the system, that means it has left our warehouse and is on the way to the nearest USPS distribution center.

      Outside of the United States:
      Please track your E-Packet order using this website: https://www.17track.net/en.

    • When Can I Expect To Receive My Shipment?
      All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of the order being placed. The vast majority of orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Your shipment will then arrive in 10-20 business days. There may be delays due to customs clearance and inspection or local transportation delays with carrier services.

      *Note: this shipment data is based on averages from tens of thousands of orders. Some orders may be faster or slower based on local processing and the fulfillment center used for the specific product purchased.

    • How will charges show up on my credit card? 
      If you purchased through our online checkout system (which is powered by Stripe), and not through PayPal Express Checkout, then charges will show up on your credit card as: SP * BUNNEARY.
